Use BODMAS
Numerator: of: $\frac{1}{3}$ x $\frac{21}{4}$ = $\frac{7}{4}$
therefore 14 $\div$ $\frac{7}{4}$ - 3$\frac{3}{4}$ x 1$\frac{1}{3}$
Division: 14 x $\frac{4}{7}$ = 8
therefore 8 - 3$\frac{3}{4}$ x 1$\frac{1}{3}$
Multiplication = $\frac{3}{5}$ x $\frac{25}{4}$ = $\frac{15}{4}$
= $\frac{15}{4}$ + $\frac{3}{2}$ = $\frac{15\; +\; 6}{4}$ = $\frac{21}{4}$
3 $\div$ $\frac{21}{4}$ = 3 x $\frac{4}{21}$ = $\frac{4}{7}$
